SUJIT BHATTACHARYA

Sujit Bhattacharya is a Chartered Engineer (Civil) with over 3 decades of experience in the field of civil engineering and adept in Contract and Claim Management.

He has vast experience in the field of Infrastructure projects (such as road, bridges, airport, dam, irrigation, water supply and Power Projects) and Real Estate projects (Residential and commercial). He has administrative expertise in Government and private sector. He started professional carrier in Government Sector. After completion of 20 years’ service in PWD he joined in private sector. He was Contract and Planning Head in Jain Group and SPML infra Ltd. He has also worked as Project Director in a Project Management Consultancy Firm.

He provides technical leadership and guidance to the analytics and process improvement teams. He has expertise in preparation of Project Schedule, Risk Mitigation Plan, and Delay Analysis by using internationally accepted methods for preparation of Extension of Time (EoT) claims for delayed / ongoing projects and doing Forensic Investigation for completed projects to prepare a strong basis for cost claims and extension of time for delayed projects. He has developed and executed various Construction Claims, Service strategies and program for Claims assessment, Claim negotiation, Statistical analysis and Documentation processing. He prepares written report for negotiation, as well advice legal section for dispute resolution processes such as adjudication, Conciliation, mediation, Arbitration and Litigation.

LALIT SARAOGI

Mr. Lalit Saraogi is working as a Manager – Claim Analyst. He is a graduate Commerce discipline. He possesses diversified experience of 34 years in various sectors viz Power, Water and Real Estate.

During his career period, he has gained experience in Construction Management Claim Preparation. He is an expert in Cost analysis, Claim Preparation, Quantification of Damages and Monetary Claims and works closely in collaboration with our clients.

Before joining Contract Square, he has worked with various Infrastructure companies and handled contracts as Project Manager and Claim Expert.

ARIJIT GHOSH

Mr. Arijit Ghosh is working as a Manager – Delay Analyst. He is a graduate Engineer in Civil Engineering discipline and post graduate in Advance Construction Management from NICMAR. He possesses diversified experience of 15 years in various sectors viz Power, Water and Real Estate.

During his career period, he has gained experience in Construction Management & Project Controls Project Planning, Critical Path Analysis of Schedules and Project monitoring. He is an expert in timeline delay analysis, quantification of delays and damages, project monitoring, Preparation of frag nets and delay events chronology, Presenting analysis findings to clients.

Before on boarding Contract Square , he has worked with Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, VAtech Wabag and handled various contracts as Project Planner and Scheduler.

GAUTAM SHARMA

Mr. Gautam Sharma is functioning as a Sr. Manager – Contracts with Contract Square. He is a graduate Engineer in Civil Engineering discipline and also studied Masters of Business Administration in Project management. He possesses diversified experience of 15 years in the field of Construction, Claims, Arbitration and Project Management & implementation in India and Abroad.

During his career period, he has gained experience in Project Management, Contracts Management, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration. He is an expert in managing various Pre and post contract issues including assisting clients in commercial dispute settlement through Negotiation, Arbitration and Litigation. He also provides support to legal team in arbitration and Litigation. He possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.

During his path of career, he had handled various projects in India and oversees valuing up to 800 Crs as a leading stakeholder in project/management team. Before on boarding Contract Square, he has worked with Simplex Infrastructures Limited, AF – Consult and handled Contracts and project management.

RUCHIKA JAIN

A graduate in Law with around 10 years of experience, she is managing dispute resolution and litigation function on pan India basis. Reviewing, revising and negotiating changes to contracts including bid agreement, joint venture agreement, memorandum of understanding and service agreement from the legal perspective. Coordinating with the team in matters related to potential legal, financial and reputational risks arising from civil and criminal disputes and litigations.

MAYUKH HALDAR

Mayukh Haldar, is an Engineer of Contract Square, which is renowned Indian Construction claims & dispute resolution consulting firm with offices in India & UAE. The company boasts itself having part of more than 50 domestic & international constructions & engineering Arbitration as Expert Witness.

Mr. Mayukh Haldar has over 4 years of experience involving project planning, engineering construction management & contract management.
His project experience include roads & highways, urban planning, water projects, Power projects. He has experience in Delay Analysis, Developing Schedule, & Contract Appreciation Documents.

Mr. Mayukh Haldar is a graduate in Civil Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, Sikkim & PGDM from National Institute of Construction Management & Research (NICMAR), Pune. He is having blend of engineering & managerial experience in construction projects. Before joining Contract Square, Mr. Mayukh Haldar was Planning engineer in Punj Lloyd Ltd., in this role he was looking after the planning & billing along with contracts department for Asian Highway 48. Prior to this, he worked for KMC Constructions Ltd.

PRAKASH KUMAR MONDAL

Prakash Kumar Mondal, is an Engineer of Contract Square, which is renowned Indian Construction claims & dispute resolution consulting firm with offices in India & UAE. The company boasts itself having part of more than 50 domestic & international constructions & engineering Arbitration as Expert Witness.

Mr. Prakash Kr Mondal has over 5 years of experience involving project execution, Project planning, Engineering construction management & contract management.

His project experiences include interior fit-out, real estate projects. He has experience in Claim, Delay Analysis & Contract Appreciation Documents.

Mr. Prakash Kr Mondal is a graduate in Civil Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, Sikkim & PGDM from National Institute of Construction Management & Research (NICMAR), Pune. He is having blend of engineering & managerial experience in construction projects. Before joining Contract Square, Mr. Prakash Kr Mondal was associated with Décor Home(I) Pvt. Ltd., in this role he was looking after the planning & project monitoring along with contracts department for Dhirubhai Ambani International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Reliance which is one of the highest budgeted and commercial projects in Asia

ATANU PATRA

Atanu Patra, is an Asst.Engineer of Claim-e-Solutions, which is renowned Indian Construction claims & dispute resolution consulting firm with offices in India & UAE. The company boasts itself having part of more than 50 domestic & international constructions & engineering Arbitration as Expert Witness.

Mr. Atanu Patra has over 3 years of experience involving project execution, Project planning & contract management.

His project experiences include roads & highways, Hydropower projects. He has experience in Claim, Delay Analysis & Contract Appreciation Documents.

Mr. Atanu Patra is a graduate in Civil Engineering from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar. He is having engineering & planning experience in construction projects. Before joining Contract Square, Mr. Atanu Patra was Assistant Engineer in Simplex Infrastructures Limited., in this role he was looking after contract management and planning for multiple projects.
