Mr. Prakash Kumar Mondal is functioning as Principal Consultant with Contract Square. He is a graduate in Civil Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology & MBA in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune.

Mr. Prakash Kumar Mondal has over 8 years of experience involving project planning, engineering construction management & contract management.

His project experience includes Commercial and Residential Buildings, Tunnel, Highway, Water and Power projects of reputed organizations viz. NHPC, NTPC, UPPCL, DJB, DDA, BWSSB, KRCL, KUIDFC, PHED, etc.

He has experience in Contract Administration, Delay Analysis, Preparation of Claims, Developing Schedule, and Contract Appreciation Documents. He also provides support to legal team in arbitration and Litigation matters. He possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.

Mr. Sai Srikanth is functioning as a Consultant – Contracts with Contract Square. He is a Graduate Engineer in Civil Engineering discipline, he has done Post Graduation Programme in National Intuition of Construction Management and Research and specialized in Advanced Construction Management. He possesses 2 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering Infrastructure Projects.

During his career period, he has gained experience in Contract Management and Project Management having a good excellence in Contracts and planning department. Before boarding Contract Square, he has worked with Megha Engineering & Infrastructures PVT. LTD. and handled contract and project management.

Mr. Kushagra Kattu is functioning as a Consultant- Contracts with Contract Square Pvt. Ltd. He is a Graduate in Civil Engineering from VIT Vellore and Post Graduate in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR Pune. He has experience in working with FIDIC contracts and is conversant with software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project. Prior to joining Contract Square, he has been a part of the Contracts team for an Underground Metro Project worth 2100 Cr+ and has successfully issued various claims along with contract lifecycle management.

Mr. Ashhar Khan is functioning as a Consultant – Contracts and Claims with Contract Square Pvt. Ltd. He is a Graduate in Civil Engineering from RTMNU, Nagpur and PGDM in Project Engineering and Management from NICMAR Pune. He possesses diversified experience of 6 years in the field of Marketing and Business Development, Contracts Management, Projects Management and Customer Relationship Management. During his career he has worked as Tendering and Contracts Manager with KEC International Limited and was responsible for EPC and Turnkey Transmission Line projects in East Asia Pacific and Commonwealth Independent States region. He has handled several 1000 Cr+ projects for Government authorities of Thailand- EGAT, Malaysia- SEB, Georgia- GSE, Papua New Guinea- PNG Power, throughout the Project Lifecycle. He has expertise in developing Contract Synopsis, drafting Contractual correspondences, Claims preparations, preparation of Project Schedules, Project Monitoring and Customer Relationship Management.

Mr. Ankur Tyagi is functioning as Consultant-Contracts with Contract Square. He is a Graduate in Civil Engineering discipline from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and Post Graduate in Construction Project Management from RICS, Amity University. During his career period, he has gained experience in Project Planning, Contract Management, Claim Management, Delay Analysis, Risk Management, and Quantity Surveying. He has 4.5 years of experience in infrastructure projects and worked in Delhi Metro Project Phase 4: CC-26 R worth 567 Cr., Bangalore Metro Project Phase 2: A1917BW worth 495 Cr., and Development NIT Patna Campus worth 587 Cr. Before joining Contract Square, he has worked with ITD Cementation India Ltd. and Ahluwalia Contracts India Ltd.

Anant is a qualified professional with a background in advanced management processes. He utilises superior communication skills to build meaningful, trusting relationships that exceed client demands. He is an adaptable Manager with experience, providing first-class results while meeting job demands and deadlines through diligent work-ethic and dedication to quality. On the education front, Anant is a Law graduate from KIIT University with specialization in Business Law. He has a prior experience of working with infra companies in legal domain handling Arbitration, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code(IBC) and Court cases. He pursued Masters of Business Administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Mumbai, following which; he gained experience in executive search and talent acquisition, predominantly in the industry legal sector. Anant’s distinctive education combination of Management and Law makes him a unique fit for platforms where Bar meets Business.

Mr. Ambarish Bhope is a Consultant for Contracts and Claims at Contract Square Pvt. Ltd., bringing over six years of industry experience to his role. He completed his Civil Engineering degree from GHRCE, Nagpur, and his PGDM in Advanced Construction Management from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Hyderabad. He has successfully handled a variety of projects, including Grade separator at Pune, Nagpur Metro, National Highway project at Solapur, 6-Lane Elevated Road at Varanasi, and numerous residential and commercial projects at Pune. He is known for his expertise in handling Contracts to the tune of 8000+ Crores in National Highway Contracts (PPP & EPC), FIDIC Contracts and Commercial & Residential Contracts. He has a proven track record in managing arbitration proceedings, dispute resolution, delay analysis, creating Contract Appreciation Documents, pre-tender review, drafting various legal and contractual letters, and preparing different types of contracts, work orders, purchase orders, and claims. Prior to joining Contract Square, he was associated with NCC Ltd., G R Infraprojects Ltd, Shapoorji Pallonji Company Pvt. Ltd., and has worked in different key departments like planning, billing, operations, contracts & commercial. He brings his expertise in managing projects with a focus on contracts and claims, delivering successful outcomes for clients.

Mr. NeelaWardhan works with Contract Square as a Consultant (Contracts & Claims). He holds a Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering from the Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT), a Post-Graduation Diploma Management (PGDM) in Advanced Construction Management (ACM) discipline from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR Goa Campus), and he has more than three years of diversified experience in Construction Management and Project Management. In the course of his work, he has developed expertise in the areas of Contracts Management, Project Management, Business Development, Liasoning, Project Billing, Risk Management, and Project Coordination in the context of Infrastructure Projects. His project experience includes work with reputable organizations like NHAI, CORE, RVNL, CNNL, SHDP, PWD Karnataka, APRRP, etc., on Residential Projects, Water Supply Projects, Road & Transportation Projects, and Railway Electrification Projects. He is an effective Communicator and Negotiator. He intends to write Research and Technical Papers by conducting field Research, publishing them, and obtaining field updates. He has several Technical and Scientific publications, including Liquidation and Valuation, Usage of Recycled Aggregates Mixed with Plastic Waste for Sustainable Road Construction, Deployment of Robots, and Application of VR Technology effectiveness in increasing productivity in Construction Projects. His articles have been published in the Indian Building Congress, Indian Road Congress, WIRC Bulletin, and the 3rd NICMAR ICRIP Conference. Before boarding Contract Square, he has associated with Voyants Solutions Pvt Ltd and MKC Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and handled Project Management and Contract Management.
